Building the app Echo Soon. Soon Never work again Echo We all work to much. Getting an A on midterms Echo I’m literally living in the library at this point. I’ve tried every study hack, memorized every formula, and sacrificed my entire social life, but I’m still somehow pulling C’s on every midterm. It’s… Getting my kid(s) to eat more vegetables Echo Every time I feed them green vegetables they throw them or just won’t eat them. I need a simple way to either hide them in meals they love, or come up with fun ways to entice them to eat. Helping my kids with their homework Echo Back in my day, I was actually a pretty solid student, and I like to think I’ve kept most of those brain cells intact as an adult. But man, helping my elementary school daughter with her homework has… Getting easier transportation to and from work Echo Times have been tough, and my car recently broke down. Taking public transit to work on schedule has proven to be a real struggle. The only bus that gets me there on time runs at the exact moment my… Asking for assistance Echo I got family around here who stay leanin' on me for stuff since their own kids moved way out. I tell 'em straight up, “Just hit me up if you need a hand,” but they can't ever just say it. Instead,… Losing weight Echo I’ve dieted and exercised like crazy and never seem to find the right combination to get to my target weight. Staying healthy Echo Discovering the necessary self-control and scheduling required to work out on a regular basis, cook healthy meals, and stick to a reliable sleep routine. Getting a competent president Echo Not to bring politics into it, but honestly — am I truly alone in believing that America ought to have the wisdom to elect a president who genuinely prioritizes the well-being of its citizens? Caregiving for a family member Echo My mom is sick and I wish there was a simple and affordable way to get assistance with caring for her and allowing me to have some time to myself. There aren’t too many volunteers to assist me and… To get my kid to wear deodorant Echo So hear me out: my kid is going through puberty right now, and we keep trying different ways to help him remember to use deodorant. I’ve bought it for him, let him pick out his own scent, and even… Getting my wife to choose what’s for dinner Echo Whenever we decide to get takeout or dine out, it turns into a 30-minute ordeal of me listing every single restaurant option before a decision gets made. She tells me to pick, but whenever I suggest… Finding true love Echo Navigating app after app and enduring endless dates has become exhausting and disheartening, making me want to give up on finding genuine love altogether. Why does finding a real connection with a… Aging gracefully Echo Dealing with the persistent ache of minor back or joint issues, navigating the reality of a body that takes its time to bounce back, or simply trying to stay on top of the never-ending cycle of… Staying up to get tasks done after a work day Echo Trying to manage the constant noise of digital notifications, the weight of too much information, and the mental exhaustion of making endless choices once the workday finally ends. To have a green thumb Echo Despite buying and receiving multiple plants for my new home, I keep running into trouble — either overwatering them or letting them wither away. Even after reading blogs and seeking advice, I still… Getting essential hygiene products to the homeless and others who can’t afford them Echo I create packets of hygiene products for the homeless. It’s hard to get people to assist me in donating products, creating the packets, and distributing them in all areas of the city. I wish there… For all of us to accept we can have different spiritual beliefs and religions and still get along Echo Why must we make it so difficult to show love to fellow human beings simply because they follow a different spiritual path? Treating others poorly because they do not identify as Christian is… Healing my trauma Echo I embarked on this self-described “healing journey” around six months ago. You would expect that recognizing my personal traumas and addressing them would be straightforward, yet it feels as though… Free healthcare for all Echo Why is adopting universal healthcare in America so challenging compared to Canada? The system continually prioritizes pharmaceutical corporate interests and protecting the wealth of the elite over… To talk to my parents Echo I’ve tried so many times to get my parents to see where I’m coming from, but it’s like talking to a brick wall. They’re just not open-minded about how things work now. Every time I bring something… Finding a job Echo Job boards are constantly filled with listings that feel irrelevant or illegitimate. I want a simpler, more direct way to pinpoint genuine roles that align with my specific skills and long-term… Buying a house Echo My wife and I are purchasing a new home. There are so many steps to the process: the touring, the paperwork, the closing lawyers. It gets a bit overwhelming. I’ve had apartments in the past, and it… Getting co-workers to work together without arguing Echo Although I work alongside a remarkably bright and talented team, my colleagues are constantly competing with one another and arguing over every little thing. Despite their high intellect, they seem… Having friends as an adult Echo Making friends as a kid on the playground felt so effortless compared to trying to find adults to connect with now. Since I’m not really into the bar scene, I’ve tried striking up casual… To be kind Echo Like, you’d think it would be so basic to just be a decent human being. A quick smile, a “hey,” or even just asking how someone’s day is going — it’s literally not that deep. But for some reason,… To stop at a stop sign Echo Every single day, I’m out here watching people treat the stop sign in our neighborhood like a suggestion rather than a rule. They just blow right through without even tap-tapping the brakes. It’s not… Getting my boyfriend to pick up his shoes Echo Literally every day I get home from work and immediately trip over my boyfriend’s shoes. But he still just kicks them off right at the door.… To get into college Echo Application fees add up quickly after applying to numerous colleges. The quiet sky 27 stars Another way in
The world is already speaking Every Echo is a star. The sky is a quieter doorway for when you want to look rather than search — and everything in it is also a plain list, always.
Open the sky Before you bring anything, three things you should know Money
Money is one form of help, and never the measure of a person.
Time, skill, goods, connection, research, advice, transportation, and care all move an Echo. There are no donor rankings here.
Privacy
You choose whether an Echo shows your screen name. Your sign-in email is private.
The system keeps a private account-to-contribution link for permissions, safety, export and erasure. An optional public profile does not reveal authorship of earlier anonymous Echoes.
How it works
This is a coordination home, not a social network.
