Start with arithmetic: there isn't a problem in existence that we don't outnumber.
Most of what hurts us isn't a shortage problem anymore. It's a why do we keep doing what we did yesterday problem. No one is to blame for that — there are just other things we can do that would make life a bit easier for all of us. This is a place to find them, together.
You've seen the poster at the checkout: donate a dollar to fight hunger. Notice the word. Fighting renews itself forever. Life Echoed is built around a different word: outcomes — things that can end, with a count, a threshold, and a day when they're done.
It works in two rooms. In the first, outcomes are named and talked through, and anyone can gather around one. Every outcome is a star in the sky; gathering makes it burn brighter. Nothing is ranked away and nothing is deleted: an outcome grows because people gather, not because someone decided for you.
In the second room (coming as the platform matures), a matured outcome becomes a question the community weighs in on, and real commitments — money, goods, a service, a skill — will move it into action. Every commitment will carry at least a dollar, which keeps action honest without shutting anyone out of the conversation: thought is always free.
There is no middle here. No overhead taking its cut, no organization deciding what deserves your attention, no one standing at the center. Peer coordination, nothing else.
