Getting easier transportation to and from work

Times have been tough, and my car recently broke down. Taking public transit to work on schedule has proven to be a real struggle. The only bus that gets me there on time runs at the exact moment my daughter boards her school bus. The following bus doesn't arrive for another 45 minutes, which causes me to be 20 minutes late for work. Relying on rideshare services like Uber and Lyft has become increasingly expensive, creating a heavy financial burden by the end of each week.
